Configure Your
Computer's E-Mail Software

E-Mail Set-Up: Outlook 2007

Step 1. |

Open Outlook 2007.
Click Tools from the pull down menu and select
E-mail Accounts Settings.
In the Account Settings window, select the E-Mail
tab, and click New. |

Step 2. |

|
|
Select Microsoft Exchange Server, POP3, IMAP, or
HTTP, and click Next. |

|
Check Manually configure server settings and
click Next. |

|
Select Internet E-mail and click Next. |

Configure your Outlook 2007 for POP3 and SMTP
Authentication:
-
Type in your User Information.
-
Type in your Server Information:
-
The Account Type is POP3
-
The Incoming mail server is
pop3.intercityweb.com
-
The Outgoing mail server is
barracuda.intercityweb.com
-
Type in your Logon Information:
-
The User Name is your entire e-mail
address
-
The Password is your e-mail account
password
-
Check the Remember password field.
-
Click the More Settings... button.

Configure your Outlook 2007 for Windows to retrieve
your e-mail.
Under the Outgoing Server tab check My
Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication and
click OK.
Click Next.
Review the account information and click Finish. |
